Watch 3D videos on Meta Quest

  1. 1Make any video 3D and pick the Side by side file.
  2. 2For 4K and above, or when the file is too large to copy or stream, pick Side by side (half size) instead.
  3. 3Open this site in the Meta Quest Browser and select View in 3D, or open the file in a video player.
  4. 4In the player, choose 3D side by side.
